These Terms govern your use of RISK TAP, published by Tyler Alanis. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
RISK TAP is distributed through Apple's App Store and is licensed, not sold. The Apple Standard EULA applies. These Terms supplement that agreement and do not reduce rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
RISK TAP is a fictional-score, single-player game. It does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, cash prizes, transferable value, contests between users, or redemption. Each run begins with zero temporary score. Previously earned or purchased coins and unused Run Restores are never wagered during a run.
Coins may be earned through gameplay or purchased as consumable in-app purchases. Coins can be used only for in-app upgrades and cosmetic themes. Run Restores are consumable in-app purchases that may be used after a bust to continue that run with the score shown before the bust and a short safe-tap shield. A Run Restore is consumed when the player confirms its use. Coins and Run Restores have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for prizes, and do not expire merely because time passes.
Apple displays and processes all prices, taxes, authorization, receipts, and billing. A purchase is complete only after Apple confirms it. Refund eligibility and requests are handled under Apple's policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
RISK TAP does not require an account or provide cross-device gameplay synchronization. Coin and Run Restore balances are stored on the device. Keep the app installed and retain Apple receipts until purchased consumables are used. If a completed purchase is not credited, contact support with the Purchase Support ID shown in Settings and the Apple receipt or order details.
You may not manipulate purchases, exploit defects to create unauthorized currency, interfere with the app or its services, impersonate another person, or use RISK TAP unlawfully. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
We may fix, update, rebalance, or discontinue features. We will not intentionally expire purchased coins or unused Run Restores solely through the passage of time. Service interruptions, device loss, operating-system changes, app-data removal, and third-party store outages may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RISK TAP is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Tyler Alanis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these Terms for new features, legal requirements, or service changes. The effective date will be revised when changes are published. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law.
